Arte Popular Latino supports artists and emblematic craft businesses from the global South to continue their journey by contextualizing and distributing their works in Europe. We design spaces, curate exhibitions, promote direct exchange with artists and organize events on topics related to our globalized world. Art is our driving force to promote dialogue between all participants.
With 20 years of experience in development cooperation, our founder brings valuable insights that facilitate the exchange with activist artists and help to embed their works in the appropriate cultural and social context. These experiences shape the open character of our gallery and our motto:
